Course DescriptionCertificate II in Horticulture is a unique program designed for students with an interest in the horticulture and landscaping industries. Garden Links works in conjunction with TAFE SA in developing student’s skills in the areas of horticulture, landscaping and plant recognition giving students a recognised qualification in horticulture, as well as exposure to a range of other VET training packages. This course combines structured workplace learning, practical work sessions and theory into a single package designed to give students an entry level qualification in the horticulture industry.
PathwaysThis certificate is design to be an introduction to horticulture, landscaping and landscape construction and design. Students wishing for further training can enrol in Cert III Horticulture or similar on completion, or can examine traineeship/apprenticeship options in the horticulture or related industries.
Other RequirementsWork boots (Steel capped), long pants and long sleeved shirt. Students will be supplied with High Vis Tops and basic PPE at start of course
