How To Apply

EASVA Member Schools

If you attend a school that is a member of EASVA, contact your school's VET Leader for further information and to apply for an EASVA course. Through the course counselling process, your school will assist you in selecting a course that will fit your SACE and vocational pattern.

Once you have selected a course, download an Expression of Interest (EOI) form from the Documents page on this website, complete it and submit it to your school's VET Leader.

Important dates for the application process include -

  • Term 3 Week 1 EASVA Expressions of Interest open.
  • Term 4 Week 2-6 you may need to complete additional forms.
  • Term 4 Week 6-10 you will be notified to confirm you have a place in your preferred course.

If you are unsuccessful in securing a place, your school will assist you to identify alternative options, which may include making a late application to an alternative VET course with a Registered Trainng Organisation.

Non-member Schools

If you attend a school that is not a member of EASVA, contact your school's VET Leader for further information. They will liaise with the relevant member school's VET Leader, and assist you with the expression of iinterest process. Please note that students from member schools have priority in being placed in EASVA courses.

Note that students undertaking a regional VET course in a Department for Education School may be partially enrolled in the host School.
